The interior Ministry has published a black list of Russian fans

Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia has published the list of persons prohibited from visiting the venues of official sports competitions in days of their carrying out.

The list included 50 people. If someone got into the list of persons will appear on the official sports competitions, it will be brought to administrative responsibility under part 5 of article 20.25 of the administrative code (“Violation of an administrative ban on visiting of venues of official sports competitions in days of their carrying out”) which prescribes punishment in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 25 thousand rubles. or administrative arrest for up to 15 days, according to a statement on the interior Ministry website.

As noted in the Department, the inclusion of citizens in the list is subject to entry into force of the decision of the court, and the exception thereto is made upon expiration of the administrative punishment or existence in force of the judicial act about cancellation of the decision on administrative ban.

Also, the report stresses that the black list can include not only citizens of Russia but of foreign States and persons without citizenship.

3 Jul Russia and 13 other countries signed the Council of Europe Convention on the safety of football matches, which obliges to follow the joint work of local authorities, police, football clubs, national federations and supporters in the preparation and conduct of football matches.

In addition, signatory parties are obliged to observe a number of measures to prevent anti-social behaviour football hooligans and their punishment, including the prohibition of entry to the stadiums, the imposition of sanctions and restrictions on travel abroad to football tournaments.

Earlier, the President of the Russian Olympic Committee Alexander Zhukov suggested not to put on sporting events for the Russian fans, who rioted for Euro 2016.
