Russia refused to discuss the resolution of Ukraine in Crimea in OSCE PA

The Russian delegation in the OSCE parliamentary Assembly refused to discuss the Ukrainian draft resolution on the Crimea. About this informed the head of the Russian delegation to the Assembly Nikolay Kovalev, reports “RIA Novosti”.

“We spoke, said that the document is completely biased, biased, has a pronounced anti-Russian character, in connection with the revision, it cannot be”, — said Kovalev. According to him, Russia refused to participate in the discussion of amendments to the draft resolution due to the complete bias and lack of objectivity of the document.

Kovalev said that the document refers to “torture”, but there is no evidence. “That is all some propaganda slogans: “systematically violated human rights, “the situation worsens”, “we must immediately take measures to punish Russia”, — said the head of the Russian delegation. Kovalev said that Moscow does not agree with such statement of a question.

He also said that Russia supported by the French delegation, which noted that not long ago arrived in the Crimea representatives of the Council of Europe. “By the way, the resolution mentioned that [in the Crimea] are not allowed observers… or Anything like that, we said, please come,” added Kovalev.
