The Ministry of justice of Russia proposed to allow law enforcement and judges to forward copies of the resolution on payment of a fine to employers, educational institutions or pension funds in case of non-payment by the debtor. The Ministry of justice has proposed to adopt amendments to the administrative code for fines, the amount of which does not exceed 50 thousand rubles. the Ministry also clarifies that this proposal, if adopted, would act if granted the penalty of the person has not paid it on time (60 days).
