A former lawyer of Russian citizen Evgeny Erofeev, which Kiev has called “the fighter game”, Oksana Sokolovsky has filed a lawsuit to the Pechersk district court of Kyiv against the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. This is stated in the message on the website of the lawyer.

From this it follows that the statement of claim about protection of honor, dignity and business reputation, as well as the denial of information and compensation of moral harm has already been registered in the court office. In addition to Poroshenko defendants in the suit are the chief military Prosecutor Anatoly Matios, the Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine.

The plaintiff sought to refute the statement, Poroshenko said in her address at a press conference on June 3, and the words Matios made against her in the program “Hard Talk.LIVE” on June 4th.

From the text of the statement of claim, a copy of which is also available on the website Sokolovsky, it follows that we are talking about Poroshenko’s statements, in which he talks about “tactics of Russian lawyers, who coordinated its activities with the FSB” and “the artificial prolongation of the process according to the Russian special forces”.

Sokolowski requires the court to compel Poroshenko to convene another press conference and during it to refute his words.

Claims to the Matios also relate to his statement that in the case of Russians Sokolowski allegedly coordinated their activities with the FSB. The lawyer requires from the chief military Prosecutor to come on this program and to refute his words.

From Matios defender also requires compensation for moral damages in the amount of 100 thousand hryvnias. Poroshenko Sokolovsky money no complaints, it follows from the claim.

Russians Aleksandr Erofeev and Evgeny Aleksandrov, sentenced in Kiev in may of this year were pardoned by decree Poroshenko and returned to Russia. In parallel, a Russian court convicted Nadezhda Savchenko was pardoned by the decree of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and returned to the Ukraine.
