The percentage of respondents receiving wages “a black cash” for the last year practically has not changed, showed the survey conducted by the Russian centre for public opinion studies (VTSIOM). In may 2015, that the salary they are getting “blind”, said 11% of respondents in may 2016 – 10% of respondents.
The share of those for whom employers pay no on official Gazette and in the “envelope” is only part of the wage, decreased somewhat (from 17% to 13%).
That all their salary is “white” and no shadow calculations with employers, they do not, said 75% of participants of poll. A year earlier the figure was only 69%.
In message VTSIOM notes that “grey” schemes of remuneration in the Russian labour market were not in demand even in the economic crisis.
“Throughout the crisis, the degree distribution roughly corresponds to “natural background”. This is another sign of the growing stability and maturity of the Russian economy, which passes the current crisis is much more confident than all the previous ones”, – explained the leading expert-consultant of the Department of monitoring and research of electoral polls Oleg chernozub.
The highest proportion of recipients, “the white salary” were among people aged more than 60 years (84%) and residents of cities with population from 500 thousand to 1 million inhabitants (80%).
Most other wages “a black cash” given to the inhabitants of cities with population of 100-500 thousand people (15%) and youth (12%).
