The Prosecutor’s office canceled the criminal case about “race” on the Gelandewagen in Moscow

The Moscow Prosecutor’s office again quashed the decision on excitation of criminal case on hooliganism after “racing” the car Gelandewagen son of Vice-President of LUKOIL. The article “hooliganism” carries a maximum sentence of five years imprisonment, and under article 319 of the criminal code (insulting the authorities) — one year of correctional labor.

It happened for the second time — originally the case was opened after the incident, however, then the Moscow Prosecutor’s office cancelled the decision and sent the materials for additional verification.
