The Central district court of Novosibirsk has arrested in absentia Yuri Solodkin, youngest son of ex-adviser of the Novosibirsk Governor Alexander Solodkin sport, which in November 2015, was sentenced to six years imprisonment for participation in an organized criminal community (OPS). At the moment Yuri Solodkin is wanted, explained the Agency interlocutor.
According to the Agency, the second son of the former adviser to the Governor, like his father and elder brother, was supposed to charge in participation in OPS. The investigators believe that he was engaged in illegal banking activity in the part of the OPS. Shadow Bank worked with commercial organizations and budgetary institutions, and its turnover, according to the investigation, exceeded 1 billion rubles.
In early November, 2015, the court recognized a former adviser of the Governor 72-year-old Alexander Solodkin Sr. and his son guilty of participation in an organized criminal community Alexandra Trunova. They received 6 and 8.5 years in a General regime colony, respectively.
The Novosibirsk regional court found the former counselor guilty of participation in a criminal community Alexandra Trunova, which he entered in the second half of 1990-ies, the attempted murder of businessman Frunzik Khachatryan in 1999, in structure OPG, embezzlement of funds from the former OPS participant Andrey Bozhenko and embezzlement of funds allocated for the conduct of competitions in Boxing and Greco-Roman wrestling in 2006. The court also appointed him to a fine of 1.2 million rubles.
Alexander Solodkin Jr. was also found guilty of participating in gang activity and was sentenced to 8.5 years in a General regime colony and a fine of 505 thousand rubles.
