The average cost of 1 sq. m of housing in New Moscow in the first quarter of 2016 has grown in all classes of residential property, while apartments in new business class and economy class immediately went up by 5.3 percentage points, according to the company “BEST new Building”. In her estimation, the average price of 1 sq meter mark of 99.7 thousand.
As explained RBC in the “BEST new Building” by the end of 2015 the average price of 1 sq m across all segments in the New Moscow amounted to 97,9 thousand rubles.
Average price of 1 square meters of housing business class in the first quarter rose to 145,9 thousand rubles In economy class, this figure amounted to 108.3 thousand rubles, in the housing of comfort class – 94.1 thousand rubles.
The price increase is associated with reduction in exposure, as well as higher construction readiness re-entering the market buildings, said the Department of project consulting and investment company. According to him, in the first quarter of 2016, the new supply in the real estate market of New Moscow has exceeded 73 thousand square meters, while the market did not receive any new residential complex. In January-March in sale apartments, located in 20 new buildings previously created eight residential complexes (17 — of class “Comfort”, 2 — “Business”, 1 — “Economy”).
