Moscow Department of the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) introduced the discussion of the expert Council advertising of the fast food chain Burger King, reported on the Agency’s website. As said the representative of the FAS in RSN comments that it, in particular, on advertising with the slogan “Nalizes!”.
“This advertising about “Nalizes!”, along with other advertising Burger King, arrive at the court of the expert community at the Council meeting to be held on 12 April,” — said the Agency.
Advertising with this slogan can see the passengers of the Moscow metro when you connect to the network free Wi-Fi. It talks about the promotion when buying ice cream at Burger King.
Press Director of Burger King Ivan Shestakov declined to comment on RSN advertising. In a press-service of the operator Wi-Fi in the metro “Maximalism” stressed that all advertising is placed in accordance with the law.
At the meeting of the expert Council will also discuss the Burger King slogan “don’t amastris”. Experts decide that there are no violations of the law. The FAS emphasized that the complaints about ads have been reported, but it was decided to discuss because of the wide public resonance.
