In Moscow on the night of 8 April will begin large-scale road repairs

On the night of 8 April in Moscow will start large-scale renovation of road routes. This was reported on the website of the city government.

The authorities explained that due to the warm weather the city economy will be able to begin repairs earlier than usual. Just this season will have 13 million square metres of asphalt, and seven of them will stack GBU “highways”.

In the first phase of work will begin on the ring road, where it will be renovated 86 stations, including interchanges and sections of the forward stroke. In the city hall noted, which will be updated Shchelkovo and Yaroslavl junction, the intersection of the ring road to Altufevskoe highway and Pyatnitsky. the Total area of the repair will be about 3.5 million sq. m.

The press service reminded that in the spring we also began repairs of pavement under construction near metro stations, transport facilities and communications. It is noted that the repair is at night, and is scheduled to finish by may 1.

As reported RBK in the beginning of March, Moscow will spend for the repair of roads and sidewalks are another 5.5 billion roubles the city authorities have placed tenders for the replacement of asphalt pedestrian tiles, curbs on roads and pedestrian areas. It was noted that repairs will go from the moment of conclusion of contracts by the end of August 2016.
