Deripaska refused to enter the General Council of the Right cause

The President of UC Rusal, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of “Basic element” Oleg Deripaska has refused the proposal of leader of the “Right things” Boris Titov to enter into the General Council of the party, told RBC two familiar with the businessman.

Previously Titov and his Deputy Tatyana Marchenko told the newspaper Vedomosti, Oleg Deripaska will be included in the General Council of the Right cause. It is an Advisory body to the Chairman of the party, which will appear in the party at the next Congress this weekend. The publication referred to in its possession a list of members of the General Council, but to get the comment of the representative of Deripaska failed.

The representative of the Right cause party declined to comment.

Only the General Council will consist of 74, wrote “Vedomosti”. Also among businessmen who can join the party, the newspaper has named former shareholder “Vimm-the bill-Dann” David, Yakobashvili. Also the newspaper was named among the future members of the General Council of the former owner “Coherent” Maxim Nogotkov, the owner of”GEOTECH” Nikolay Levitsky, told RBC that he had not received suggestions. “Boris [Titov] is my old colleague. Business Ombudsman Boris Titov headed the Right cause at the end of February 2016. He promised to lead the party in the Duma elections.
